Tell us WHEN and WHY you joined Fit4Females

I was looking for something to join with my girlfriend and needed the push to get back into a fitness routine.  After having my third child I wanted my own workout that would challenge me to become healthy and strong.

Tell us about your first Fit4Females workout and what made you stick with us

Trina’s knowledge and kick butt workout got me hooked on the first class.  I knew this girl was going to push me to better my fitness level!  Also I loved the fact that it’s not just about me, there’s time at the end for my baby at parachute time!

Why do you love Fit4Females and the Team Leaders?

The Leaders are educated and so in tuned to women and life after baby.  I really liked the circuit and how it challenges me every week.  Trina makes it challenging it’s not your same old workout!  It’s new, it’s fresh and it works!

What has Fit4Females done to go above and beyond?

It’s the comfort of the environment that has been created!

What has been your biggest non-scale win since joining Fit4Females?

I have gotten back on track since having my son, making healthier choices and making this workout part of my weekly routine the only thing I do for myself!

I feel like I have definitely become stronger.  I have noticed the improvement in my ability from 8 weeks ago to now with increased strength.   Losing so much muscle after having my 3rd C-Section, this has been a healthy way to return to that feeling of strong.

Any encouraging advice you can share with our Readers that are not putting themselves first or nervous to join?

I believe every mom needs to be healthy and set a good example for our kids.  This program teaches this example in a safe environment while providing excersise for mom and some play for baby!

Share your best “make it happen” FIT Tip

Some times its hard to break out of the comfort zone and its easy to make excuses on why we can’t go!  Getting to a class can seem tough but not being a healthy role model is even harder.
