I get it and my passion for helping women succeed is relentless!  I’m Trina, the Founder and Owner of Fit4Females and the 2016 #1 Fitness Instructor Specialist in Canada for canfitpro.  I understand what you are going through.  My life completely changed when I got pregnant with my first child.   Suddenly I gained weight, lost myself, forgot about me, was exhausted and did not like what I saw in the mirror.train-kids

I am the Mom to 3 children and was able to get in the best shape of my life post pregnancy using my proven systems and take action practice that get results.

All of the $20 Registration Fees will be Donated to the Community Charity Food4 Kids.  Here is just a small part of what they do:  “We wish we could say this was an isolated occurrence, but there are 1,500 kids in Hamilton and 400 kids in Halton with limited or no access to food each weekend.  Food4Kids provides packages of healthy food for kids aged 4-14 years with limited or no access to food each weekend.
Packages of healthy food are prepared by volunteers and delivered to schools each Friday to ensure children have nourishment over the weekend.  There are 1,500 children in Hamilton struggling through each weekend without food. Help fight child hunger in our own community.  When kids leave school for the weekend, they should not have to worry about how they will be fed.”   Food4 Kids

Weekly Virtual Weigh in:  Email your photo each Sunday of you on your scale showing your weight, feet, and the special keyword provided to prove maintenance or weight loss

Week 1, 2, and 3 We will draw 6 names weekly.  The first 5 names are eliminated and lose their ballots. But don’t worry you are not eliminated for good!  You will have work extra hard to earn your tickets back for the week by either maintaining, losing your weight or bragging on Social Media.

The 6th person is that week’s’ Weekly Wine Winner.  This will be done on a Facebook Live *weekly winner is chosen then you continue to earn weekly tickets for next week’s’ draw.   

Week 4 Will be the Grand Survivor Wine Winners! You get bragging rights and a champion photo on our website!

Challenge Details & Rules

  • This challenge is meant to motivate each individual to become the healthiest version of themselves
  • Weigh ins will be done by the participants themselves with strict rules for prize eligibility
  • No matter what amount you have to lose this challenge is for everyone
  • This is meant to be fun and help you feel better about yourself

1. All challengers must email their weigh in photo with a *keyword sent to you the day of weigh ins (Day 1/Day 7/Day 14/Day 28) or weigh in with your designated F4F Trainer on the same scale at the same time.  This keeps things consistent (and honest).  *The key word must be visible with the scale number when taking the photo of your weight.  Before and After photos must be submitted on time to qualify for the Weight Loss prizes.  Please do not submit your photos and measurements before the actual day that we need the photos.  i.e.  Due day 1 and 28

Please Make Sure:
  • photos have a clear background with little clutter in the shot
  • when sending photos, make sure the quality of the image is not fuzzy
  • file size 200 KB or bigger
  • please send us the FRONT / LEFT/ RIGHT / BACK images

2. Results will be based on the percent of body weight loss.  The calculation is to take your actual weight (AW at end date) and subtract it from your initial weight (IW at start date).  Then divide that number by your IW.  Take that number and multiply it by 100 and you get your weight loss percentage. ((IW-AW)/IW) * 100 = weight loss percentage.

So if I start at 211, and I lose 5 lbs in a month and end up at 206. That’s 211-206 (5 lbs.) Take 5 lbs. and divide it by my starting weight (211). 5/211 = .023697 Multiply that by 100 and you get 2.37%

3. “HAVE FUN”, eat healthy, and exercise

4. DEADLINE #1: The first weigh in is Day 1 preferably first thing in the morning *deadline to submit to Fit4Females by 11:59pm EST to qualify for prizes

5. DEADLINE #2 & 3 : Mid challenge weigh ins are Day 7 and Day 14 preferably first thing in the morning *deadline to submit to Fit4Females by 11:59pm EST to qualify for prizes

6.DEADLINE #4: The final weigh in will be Day 28 and must be submitted no later than 11:59pm EST *deadline to submit to Fit4Females by 11:59pm EST to qualify for prizes

7. Weigh ins must be completed Day 1, Day 7, Day 14 and Day 28 on your measurement chart and emailed to Fit4Females for accountability and to qualify for prizes

In order to qualify and redeem ANY prize, all weigh in details with proper weight photo and before and after photos must be submitted to Fit4Females via email no later than Day 28 by 11:59pm EST *These are to be eligible for the Prize #3:  F4F Bonus Prizes
