1. All contestants must email their measurements and weigh in with a *keyword sent to you the day of weigh ins (Day 1/Day 14/Day 28) to you or weigh in with your designated F4F Trainer on the same scale at the same time.  This keeps things consistent (and honest).  *The key word must be visible with the scale number when taking the photo of your weight.  Before and After photos must be submitted on time to qualify for the prizes and measurements.  Please do not submit your photos and measurements before the actual day that we need the photos.  i.e.  Do not send Day 1 photos before the start of the challenge or on Day 12 when photos are due Day 14.

Make Sure:
  • photos have a clear background with little clutter in the shot
  • when sending photos, make sure the quality of the image is not fuzzy
  • file size 200 KB or bigger
  • please send us the FRONT / LEFT/ RIGHT / BACK images

2. Results will be based on the percent of body weight loss.  The calculation is to take your actual weight (AW at end date) and subtract it from your initial weight (IW at start date).  Then divide that number by your IW.  Take that number and multiply it by 100 and you get your weight loss percentage. ((IW-AW)/IW) * 100 = weight loss percentage.

So if I start at 211, and I lose 5 lbs in a month and end up at 206. That’s 211-206 (5 lbs.) Take 5 lbs. and divide it by my starting weight (211). 5/211 = .023697 Multiply that by 100 and you get 2.37%

3. “HAVE FUN”, eat healthy, and exercise

4. DEADLINE #1: The first weigh in is Day 1 preferably first thing in the morning *deadline to submit to Fit4Females by 11:59pm EST to qualify for prizes

5. DEADLINE #2: Mid challenge weigh in will be Day 14 preferably first thing in the morning *deadline to submit to Fit4Females by 11:59pm EST to qualify for prizes

6.DEADLINE #3: The final weigh in will be Day 28 and must be submitted no later than 11:59pm EST *deadline to submit to Fit4Females by 11:59pm EST to qualify for prizes

7. Weigh ins must be completed Day 1, Day 14 and Day 28 on your measurement chart and emailed to Fit4Females for accountability and to qualify for prizes

In order to qualify and redeem ANY prize, all weigh in details with full measurements, weight and before and after photos must be submitted to Fit4Females via email no later than Day 28 by 11:59pm EST

Before you receive your PRIZE:  Once your F4F Results are achieved, it is mandatory that you provide us with your testimonial and photos to be published on the Fit4Females website before receiving prizes and/or F4F Bucks!
