MOW Challenge  (Motivation of the Week)

It’s Motivational Mondays at Fit4Females.  This is your chance to join me for the MOW Challenge, stop making excuses, be accountable for small goals and receive support from one another.  All you have to do is tell us your 3 smalls goals and post them for our F4F group to see!  The challenge is free and you will succeed.

The MOW Challenge will include a weekly Tip or Inspiration from your Trainer, Trina Medves, to help motivate and inspire you.  I can’t wait to hear how my F4F fans are doing.

Meal Planning!

Last week we worked on getting to bed earlier.  This week let’s meal plan – Write out your meal plan for supper.  I have home made Chilli Cooking in my crockpot right now.  Have you thought about dinner?  It’s not about being perfect, it’s about making small daily and weekly goals.
