Sometimes aging sucks, you look in the mirror and the mirror doesn’t match how you feel. Today I was set to launch a different Thursdays with Trina when this video came to my inbox. Nothing is more inspiring that someone growing old and fit. Isn’t that why we workout out in the first place? As we age we start to realize that working out and being active is more important than ever. It’s important for bone health, heart health, mood health, strength for every day and most importantly to help us grow old gracefully and pain free or pain less.
Have you thought about where you will be in your seventies? Have you set a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly goals for your health?
