“April Body Blast”

MOM Challenges can be done anywhere, at home, on the road, at class, etc.  Be sure to warm up and push as hard as you can during each set.  Get a mat, set your timer and work it hard.

Set a timer, 45 / 10  seconds

  1. 45 sec push-ups
  2. 45 sec pull ups (if you don’t have a bar do back rows or band rows)
  3. 45 – Side plank to front plank 5 sec/10 sec count *5 sec side plank, 10 mountain runners or count to 10 plank 5 second side plank and repeat until the end of the 45 sec – just count slowly in your head

Always start your side plank on your weak side to balance your weakness this month!

Repeat challenge 3 times
