The Fit4Females free April MOM Challenge is perfect timing for Spring. This month we are targeting our power house, ABS/CORE/Bottom Half! Now let’s get started.

ABS AND BOOTIES CHALLENGE
Make sure you warm up properly for 5-7 minutes before hand. Always consult your physician before any fitness program.
MOVE #1: 30 sec L side modified side plank with a side leg extension *press out hip height, then knee to chest), 5 sec rest repeat 2x total
MOVE #2: 30 sec R side modified side plank with a side leg extension *press out hip height then knee to chest, 5 sec rest repeat 2x total
MOVE #3: 30 sec Single side squat low impact or squat jack, 5sec rest 2x total
Repeat one more time from the top
These challenges can be done anywhere, at home, on the road, at class, etc. Be sure to warm up and push as hard as you can during each set. Get a mat, set your timer and work it hard.
