So much!  I always get told that I deliver way too much.  You can expect:

You can swap out and or mix and match any of the recipes.  No two people are the same so find your favourites and choose what you like.  

Real foods that support looking and feeling better.  This is not a diet. You can follow any meal plan.  One will be provided but it’s up to you to decide.  Recipes include Smoothies, Salads and Wraps, Turkey and Chicken recipes, Pork and Steak options, Fish and Seafood, Soup recipes, Almond protein pancakes, Side Dishes, Simple snack ideas, Chicken & Butternut Squash salad, Chicken Sausage and peppers and more.  With a wide range of choices you can swap out foods you like.

The meal plan includes a bit of everything.  I am 100% gluten and dairy free and I am able to substitute.  You can substitute for gluten free, remove nuts if you have an allergy, replace nut butters with pumpkin or sunflower seed butter. If you are a strict vegan, this is NOT the plan for you.  There is a variety of meat options and you can pick what you like and leave out what you don’t like.

Workouts are 30 minutes or less, Body Weight Only with the option to add any equipment you have available.  A mini band would be a great addition.  We have some for sale for $5, contact us here if you would like to buy one.  If you are looking to buy anything, I would suggest:

  • Mini Band
  • Resistance Bands
  • Stability – Swiss Ball
  • Dumbbells

Yes they are designed to be effective.  You decide to make them as easy or as hard as you want.  There are options for low and high impact, less or more equipment.  It’s all up to you.  No matter your fitness level, progress at your pace as modifications are shown.  30 minute or less, Body Weight Only with the option to add equipment.  Our workouts will target:

  • Upper Body
  • Lower Body
  • Total Body
  • Core Conditioning
  • H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) 
  • Proper recovery and stretching

Each workout comes with an Instructional Video and Printable Worksheet to track progress.

Follow the workouts according to plan.  Meaning if you are a beginner intermediate, there is a schedule of 1 to 4 times a week.  If you are already working out in our class or elsewhere, those workouts count towards your weekly plan.  You would not have to add extra workouts on top of that if you don’t want to.
 
You could add some of the exercises from our Workout Plans and incorporate some extra moves into your workouts if you wanted to.  
Remember that you do not want to be over exercising or going above the exercise days suggested.

I’m not going to sugar coat this, you MUST put the work in.  We’ve done all of the leg work from meal plans, workouts, Coaching and motivation for you.  All of my Online Programs have delivered thousands of pounds and inches lost.  If you do the workouts, commit to the nutrition and meal plan challenge and my coaching, yes, you will see results.  This program delivers results when you put the work in.

If you value your health, you will know that it’s worth ever penny and more.  Members, it’s $4.73 per day.  Non members, it’s 5.36 per day, you are fully supported with a meal plan, workouts and everything you need from your Online Trainer and support from your peers.  You can spend as much or as little as you want on your grocery bill.  The workouts cost you nothing but time.  This is a must to finally commit to you.

Normally no, that’s a paid service but with this Challenge it’s included.  We have three 30 minute Online Group Coaching calls scheduled where I answer questions, keep you motivated and help get you moving with anything that has you stuck.

As long as you are cleared by your physician to participate you can join.  I am a pre and post natal specialist so you are in good hands.  You will NOT be restricting your calories and if pregnant, your goal is to get strong and healthy rather than lose weight. 

We have served many pregnant and nursing Moms safely over the last 20 years.  If you want to purchase and book a Private Coaching Session with Trina, our Post Natal Expert before you begin that would be a great idea.  As long as you listen to your body and you are cleared, you are welcome to join us.
