This week I am challenging you to emotionally and physically make some changes in your life! What we all need is less stuff and more love and living. Less time spent on things that don’t matter and more on things that do matter. Today and all week I challenge you to spend more time on the things that matter. Here are some suggestions:
5 Tips for Change Challenge
1- spend time with your loved ones and completely shut off, no phones, computer, TV or any electronic devices for the time you are with them
2- clean our your clutter that is not fulfilling you. Donate things you don’t care about and make room for things that really make you feel happy and alive – I just got rid of 14 bags of STUFF!
3- Really love. Think about those people that make you better and make you feel incredible then surround yourself and repeat #1
4- Be grateful, for your body, your imperfections, your strengths and your weaknesses because they make you amazing
5- laugh incredibly and ridiculously loud. Laugh off the stress, the sadness and the emotional baggage
