Our 10 Year Karma Anniversary Boot Camp class for charity was a HUGE Success. To make it 10 years is absolutely incredible and to be awarded the #1 Women’s Only Fitness Club in Hamilton makes us proud. What’s even better is as soon as we rally up our Community of Members and Team Leaders at Fit4Females for a cause, they show up, workout, spend money and celebrate for charity.

10 Year Karma Donations to the Hamilton Interval House
This year I chose for us to give back to the Hamilton Interval House. I am so excited to announce that we have donated $2,000 in honour of our 10 year anniversary at Fit4Females. Giving back has always been near and dear to my heart and I am so thankful to all of our Members and Team who allow us to do that.
