Fit4Females' Trina Medves also won a Diamond Award in 2009 for "Best Personal Trainer". All programs are led and designed by Trina Medves, Can-Fit-Pro certified. All fitness levels are welcome as various intensity levels are demonstrated in each class.
Programs run year round. When the weather outside is frightful, enjoy a class at an exclusive indoor facility. From Spring to Fall, get fit while enjoying the beautiful outdoors.
All post-natal clients must have had their 6-week check up prior to commencing a program.

Are you tired of the gym? Having a hard time keeping motivated and shedding those unwanted pounds? If you answered yes, then Cardio Booty Camp is for you. Start burning calories, get in shape and best of all, have fun in the process. This program consists of cardio drills, circuit training stations, boxing, functional strength training, core conditioning and stretching. You do not have to be in great shape to join this class, but you will be by the end of it. Cardio Booty Camp will take place both indoors and outdoors, weather permitting.
Open to female and male participants. Join with a friend and save.

Get your sexy back! Cardio Strip Aerobics is a hot fitness class that combines dance and exercise with a fun, sexy twist. This class is more than just a workout. Strip Aerobics is about empowerment, and teaches ladies to free their minds and embrace their inner sexiness. Don’t miss this amazing workout and a chance to make you feel sexy again. Trina Medves' story: "Many of you know that I lead a pretty healthy lifestyle. I train hard and aim to support my body with proper nutrition. I am human and not exempt from bad habits. I am busy caring for 3 small children, stressed, trying to manage a business and everyday life like the rest of you. In the summer, I picked up some bad habits (late night snacking, alcohol at summer BBQs or get togethers), etc. How did it affect me? It made my abs disappear and my waist line grow!
I did not have much to lose, which made things that much harder. I entered my new eating plan with a focus on healthy hormones and a decrease in body fat. I made the decision to start on September 12. What were my results only 6 weeks later? 9.6lb weight loss, a 6.2% decrease in Body Fat and 5.2 inches (2 of that was off my waist line), having more energy than I ever had, clear skin, better sleep, less mood swings, etc."
Bring your little one along to be entertained by this circuit style class that keeps you moving and sweating the entire time. The circuits vary from 20 to 90 seconds in length. This class focuses on total body conditioning using various exercise equipment. Get fit with cardio conditioning, strength training using weights and resistance tubing, core conditioning, boxing and running/walking drills. All Stroller classes enjoy stretching and circle time at the end. Appropriate for ages 6 weeks plus. Toddlers are welcome.
**What to bring? A jogging stroller is not needed - any sturdy stroller with breaks and a safety buckle is appropriate. Please bring a mat, water bottle, hand weights and any other items to keep your little one comfortable. Boxing gloves are also suggested. The ultimate workout Boot Camp style! Restore your core, focus on back, hips, butt, legs, thighs and arms. Most of all, increase your energy levels. Your Sergeant Mommy Trainer is guaranteed to keep you motivated and interested for the entire class. Join with your little one and enjoy a welcoming, supportive and encouraging group. Stroller Boot Camp will focus on a combination of partner Mommy work, group circuit stations, weights and resistance tubing, cardio and agility drills, boxing, core conditioning and stretching. The class will be different every week so you can always expect to be challenged. All Stroller classes enjoy stretching and circle time at the end. Appropriate for ages 6 weeks plus. Toddlers are welcome. Stroller Boot Camp will take place indoors only.

Stroller Fitness will focus on a mix of cardio and muscle segments including core and flexibility conditioning. Finish with mat work involving your baby/toddler, circle time and stretching. Toddlers welcome.
