Free Karma Yoga Classes

You asked and we listened!  Fit4Females is excited to announce our brand new Yoga classes for both Adults only and Mom and Baby Yoga starting February 22, 2013.  Yoga will be added to the New Spring Schedule starting in April at both of our locations, Dofasco Park Rec Centre and Lois Laxton Dance Studio.

In the meantime, please enjoy eight free Karma Yoga classes on us!  All you have to do is spread the word about our Free Yoga classes everywhere you go and show up!

Free Adult Yoga

Doesn't Challenge you it doesn't change you

Sundays 11am – Feb 24 and March 3 (Studio C)

Mondays 6:45pm – Feb 25 and March 4 (Studio D) *Core Power

This low impact Yoga class is open to everyone including beginners, pre and post natal clients and also the most advanced participant. Every body will be able to work at their fitness level. Yoga will include total body and core strengthening, balance and flexibility training.  You do not have to be a Fit4Females member to join us.  Arrive early, space is limited.

New to Class
