I love Smoothies so I had to share this Berry Green Smoothie recipe from my 28 Day Shape Up Challenge. What you put in your body has a direct effect on your mood, productivity, hormones, skin, muscles, sleep, recovery, aging and everything else imaginable. I am no stranger to the drive thru and my morning used to consist of a double double coffee and an egg breakfast sandwich from Tim Horton’s (yuk!). It costed me more time and money and a bunch of sensitivities that I didn’t know I had. Here is a great alternative to the drive thru and no sacrifice on taste.
Berry Green Breakfast Protein Smoothie

Berry Green Breakfast Protein Recipe
🍎 Ingredients: *makes 2 servings
1 cup of Water
2 cups of Coconut milk
1 cup of Mixed frozen berries *I used the Costco pomegranate mix
1 Frozen banana
2-3 cups of Fresh greens of your choice: I used spinach
2 tbsp Organic Chia seeds
2 scoops Clean Vanilla Protein Powder (I use vegan)
3 Ice Cubes
